  Horrible experience. Me and my sister live near this one, we do a lot of mobile pick up, go yelled at by a lady there for "not give them enough time" mind you we waited like 15 minutes for a tiny order. Aftet waiting for another 30 minutes She came out. ON THE PHONE swearing every word in the book. Being aggressive. Later we tried Ubering, multiple drivers canceling. Its been 2 hours!!! This is absolutely not okay! If you're looking for some quick and good Taco bell, my advice is, go somewhere else. THIS PLACE IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. As the food was cold when its got here.

  Not enough staff, one commented only 3 ppl working. Staff yelling and cackling about how busy it is yet not focusing on getting orders out. Lack maturity but management failed them, not enough workers.

  Order at a sit down restaurant and you will get your food faster than ordering here. Family of 5, not crowded, 20+ minutes for the food.

  To call this fast food is a joke. We can start with nobody manning the counter, forcing you to use the kiosks. They completely ignore anyone in the lobby, servicing drive through only. It took my wife and I 30 minutes to get our order of 4 items. We got home to find the desert we ordered was missing entirely. Our fault for not checking the bag but in 30 minutes you could have verified the order. Do NOT go here.
