  Ordered delivery since i can’t drive at the moment, waited an hour for it it arrive even though its a 9 minute drive and i ordered a small, simple order, after the hour, the tracking app said delivered, but there was no pizza to be found. I called the store to ask where my pizza was and they said they didn’t know. They said they’d remake the order for me and have it delivered, so i waited outside my doorstep for an HOUR and in that time no pizza delivery person showed up. I didn’t even see a car attempt to pull up. Called them back and they said the driver made an attempt, calling, texting etc.. but i never received a call or text. It’s going on two hours now and i have not received my pizza that i paid delivery fees and tipped for. Why would they mark it as delivered if it wasn’t actually delivered in the first place? Then lie about making a second attempt even though i sat outside my doorstep the entire time watching and waiting.

  A.i ordering is a disaster and a turn off get rid of it. Won't order here again till its gone.

  The food tastes great but I order delivery all of the time. 80% of the time they forget my sauces/icing. This time I ordered 2 extra cream cheese frostings for my cinnamon pull parts. They put one upside down in my friends cheese sticks and it wasn't even closed. It leaked onto his cheese sticks and ruined the box. And the other icing container I got was barley even half full. Another time my friends and I ordered the same thing but we ordered 3 icing cups along with a cup of marinara. They forgot every single sauce and we had to go back to get them. Again, the food is great but their ability to actually carry out a correct order is horrible. I do not recommend ordering delivery.
