  This store is the worst of all the Giants! From bags of grapes, blueberries to blackberries that constantly have mold, oranges that should have been removed days ago to serrano peppers that have no heat to garlic that generally half of which is rotten. The produce and salad bar are the worst. Beyond just poor quality of everything from the produce to the meat the department every item is over priced (there justification. You get a discount on your gas if you are a member... where is the savings for the consumer...you get a discount at the gas pump but you pay more in the store) and low quality. In most cases, Walmart would be a better place to go! Asking a manager about it, they blame the local farmers and the economy. That comment does not address the stench of the seafood department! Not does it address why the yogurt always has water on the top. That's from leaving it out in the heat and not getting product into refrigeration in a timely manner. Nor does it explain why so many items have expired sale by date on them. And beyond that when you go to checkout none of the barcodes work. In the morning nothing's open but self check out. The employees are unbelievably rude, unhelpful and say oh I don't work in that department. Refusing to help. If you're close by to Wegmans in Mechanicsburg that is the place to go, for quality, good prices and employees that are cheerful and extend themselves to assist you with a genuine smile. This place doesn't deserve one star! The pharmacy oh man. That is a whole story in itself. They fill scripts you don't ask for and never have in stock. Your regular medications have pharmacist that curt an unprofessional.

  they should probably retrain customer service staff on how to answer phones, lady just apologized and hung up didn’t ask if there was anything else i needed or said “bye” or even “have a good day” etc

  I'm so tired of having a guy on a bike riding up to ne asking for money looking in cars or sitting in the road with his bike asking for money. Everytime I go to this giant. I have photos but don't see how to post them. Oh well maybe they need new management the other giants don't have this problem.

  I wish they had more cashiers instead of self checkout where you end up needing help every time you check out because the sensors are so touchy.
