  There is a lot of discount on items but when I go to checkout, the cashier always did not add the discount to my order, I always have to call and come back so I can be charge correctly. This been happening for at least 4 times, it always that I have to go back a second time because they didn’t charge me right. The service is terrible, I have ask if the discount was added and the cashier said it was already add to my order but it wasn’t.

  My wife and I purchased groceries and when we checked out we were barked at by Ryan and he commented on the total bill as it was said aloud. He always tells us how old we look and sleepy. Were new to the area .We will not be returning.

  Approached the bakery and asked if I could place an order for a cake. Immediate response was for associate to shrug her shoulders and sarcastically say “when”. I said never mind and did report to the manager. A few months earlier I ordered from same person. Her attitude then was same. It was a Sunday and I was ordering for Wednesday. She told me she was off Tuesday so it couldn’t be early on Wednesday. I told myself then I would not order from this store again yet here I was today trying to order again. Not sure if she is only cake decorator, overworked or what but her customer service is horrible, body language and overall tone is unacceptable. Manager I spoke to was polite so I appreciated that. He did not appear to be surprised by my complaint so thinking this is a common occurrence with this associate.
