- JGJenny Gotshall4 days ago1.0I went here this morning and the Indian lady (no hate no shade js) she started to take my order while she was obviously not ready and was busy doing something else and got my order completely wrong. The screen was black bro like what. So when i tried to have her repeat the order to me she just said “okay good good come to the window.” So i do so and when i get there she tries to give me the card machine and when i tried to have her scan my points she AUDIBLY sighed and rolled her eyes. Then proceeded to shove the card machine back in my face then got visibly annoyed again when i said i was paying cash. Anyways my drink was a medium iced French vanilla coffee 5 cream, 3 sugar, and marshmallow cold foam. I got an original iced coffee with cream and sugar. That’s it. And when i tried to correct her she DEAD AHH said no and closed the window on me. I sat there for a second but no one opened the window again and i had to go to work. So yea just be careful will not be back in here thanks.

He dint pay attention to what I was ordering and when I repeated the order, he raised his voice and spoke in disrespectful tone. I strongly encourage people to avoid going to there unless you want to be disappointed.

When I got there I asked about the tote bags the kid at the window didn’t know what I was talking about. He asked a lady about them and she said they don’t have them they were locked in the office and she doesn’t know. I asked when they would be available and the kid had no idea. I said it says June 1st and he said check back then. I said today is June 1st. No help at all from anyone in there.Thanks I did not get my tote bag!
