  The quality of service changes wildly depending on the day and the worker. some servers have been great with big servings, others skimp like crazy and don't seem to care that much. maybe the different shift crews could lock in together to create a more consistent, quality customer experience. I've been there and it was slow as can be and I was the only one in line, but my server still dragged their feet and seemed careless. make Chipotle hype again.

  The cashier was extremely rude and when I asked for chips she told me no even though there were multiple bags there. She skimped on the meat worse compared to any other chipotle I’ve been at. I would not waste my time on this place unless you wanna overpay for food and be told no because the cashier was too lazy to walk and grab a bag of chips. Also the pinto beans are dry and my soda was flat.

  I am so excited that Chipotle is in the neighborhood. I went there for lunch and the service was horrible. The person who was making the chicken turned on very loud rap music and singing along. The person making my order had a hard time hearing me. As I am leaving a woman comes in saying that she had been waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting for her order. The cashier was just standing around not ringing up my order. Got the food home and it was just okay. I will give this place a few months to get it together.

  We ordered 4 meals—3 bowls and 1 burrito—around 7:30 PM yesterday, and the portions were extremely small. I asked for veggies and was given exactly 3 pieces of green pepper, which was very disappointing. Every meal was served with noticeably less food than expected, as shown in the pictures. The cashier was great and very friendly, so no complaints there. Hopefully the team can work on providing more consistent and reasonable portions.

  I came here at 2:30pm well after a “lunch rush” would’ve occurred. I ordered a quesadilla but before I could finish what I was saying the lady ran off.. then I tried to ask someone else if he could let her know to add something to the quesadilla he said she already started making it. Then after the other workers were too busy messing around loudly with one of their “friends”… someone asked if they could replace the drinks since they were ALL empty and he said we have them ready we just haven’t put them out yet… but you have time to goof off with your buddy? To add my steak was BEEF JERKEY it was so over cooked. I never leave a review..but this place just opened.. l would be embarrassed if I was the owner.
