- DBDarrel BAug 27, 20265.0Best fast food chain for chicken. We usually visit the Lower Allen Township location but recently visited the Upper Allen Township location. Frequently stop at Chick-fil-A restaurants when we travel. Quality is usually constantly good throughout the chain. Clean restaurants. Good service. Nice fast setup for drive through orders with people standing at your car door to take your order. These restaurants have adequate space to handle the traffic flow, unlike some of their more urban locations.

We have only been a few times, and wait long enough in between to "forget" the experience. Each time we go its just meh. Its ok, not memorable, and I'm in no rush to go back.

Tonight was the last time we’ll be there after I went through the mobile online lane and there’s 6 cars behind me and I’m up front and still don’t have our two meals. I finally got the attention of a young lady who said they were waiting on an item to be ready and to pull in a spot instead - all the cars behind me were grateful they could finally leave. To add insult to injury, the chicken tenders were hot and fresh and the nuggets were cold and dry. No straws, silverware, or condiments. Don’t waste your money here.

Demetri was the young man that took our order. He was cheerful and kind Then we were greeted by a woman cleaning the tables. When I returned her greeting with “I’m great! How are you?” She answered, “Blessed thank you.” Then we watched as a lady filled vases with flowers and placed them on the tables. When we asked if they had a contract with a florist, she said no that she gets them at Trader Joe’s every 10 days and comes in and refreshes the water every 5! And the politeness was not just for customers! A young man came out and told the lady washing the tables he was going to get the outside trash for her! Then, I took our cups for refills and was standing in line and another young man came out and got the cups and refilled them for us…no wait! We thought perhaps the flower lady was the manager but she was the operators wife. I bragged on the store to her! Very gracious! Highly recommend this store!

Placed a breakfast order at 10:09 paid for my meal to be delivered & when my dasher got there, they refused to make my order because it was after 10:30, even tho I placed my order way before then. I called the manager & all she wanted to do was argue with me and say it was the system fault and refused to make it right. I will be taking my business elsewhere & im 100% disappointed. Do better chic fila.
