- MMM2 days ago5.0Extremely busy place. Food was hot. Parking lot was packed. Service at counter was quick and efficient but after that, meh. There are some seats outside by drive thru. Bathrooms were clean. As with all chick-fil-As it is spendy for what you get.

Unlike other Chick-fil-A locations where staff either call your name or clearly display orders at the pickup counter, this location placed my order at the counter without any announcement. When I approached to check the name on the bag, an employee stopped me and told me I shouldn't touch items that might not be mine — which I completely understand as a policy. However, my issue is this: the bag was placed with the label facing away from customers, making it impossible to read the name without picking it up. When I explained this, the employee checked the order, confirmed it was mine, and handed it over — with no acknowledgment, no apology, and no "my pleasure" (which I've come to expect from Chick-fil-A). The pickup counter setup here is also noticeably different from other locations and doesn't seem designed with the customer experience in mind. I've always loved Chick-fil-A for its exceptional service, which is exactly why this experience stood out. Unfortunately, due to the staff's attitude and the poor counter design, I won't be returning to this particular location.

This option allows you to have another person pick up your order as well. This seems to be the quickest option for our family because when you get to the restaurant you just scan a barcode on the app and then pull through to where the food pick up area is. The service is quick and your food arrives hot right to your car.
