  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We’ve have given this location multiple chances and each time we are extremely disappointed. Today around 12:30 they were completely out of chicken. When asked how long it would be until chicken was ready, the worker (who already had a horrible attitude which was noted by the other customers around us) shrugged and said “a long time”. She then said we couldn’t do a salmon kids meal which was fine, I said I would pay the difference or just do the normal salmon meal price. She said “you can’t do that”. I can’t buy salmon that’s on your menu? It made zero sense. We walked out. We have had great experiences at the Lancaster location and are extremely disappointed how poorly run and managed this location is. It has potential to do great, but needs a complete overhaul of its employees and management.

  I’ve been to locations in various cities and was thrilled to hear Cava was opening here. I’ve been a handful of times now. First couple of times was decent despite the lines. The last few times have been atrocious. Bad enough where I won’t return. Ordered pick up only to find that they ran out of stuff and took it upon themselves to replace with spicy alternatives or not replace items at all. I’ve been to Cava in other locations dozens of times and never have they ran out of anything. My dad can’t tolerate spicy food so imagine is surprise when his Greek salad grilled chicken was substituted without asking for harissa chicken. It ruined the dish for him. Embarrassing as I’ve ranted and raved about Cava. Furthermore, Cava quality is going down hill and they are losing their alignment with their values and also starting to use cheap seed oils. The falafel is nowhere the quality it used to be. Where is company pride these days? Ick. Won’t return.

  Ordered Drive Thru and waited at the window for over 5 minutes. No one came to the window so we had to try and find somewhere to park to now go in for the order (there were no spots due to how busy it is there) when i went in i knew our orders wouldn’t be in the pickup area because again, we said we were going through the drive thru. I waited up front by the order pickup area to ask someone if i could have my order i saw sitting by the drive thru window and the girl at the registers kept looking over at me giving me an annoyed dirty look. I tried to wait for when she wasn’t ringing someone out to ask for my order but she would ignore me yet still give me rude looks. Finally someone working the line heard me and pulled my order from the drive thru window to me and apologized. I have worked good and customer service for many years so i understand how people can be annoying, but i wasn’t doing anything that would upset any employee or inconvenience them. They acted like them not doing their job and me having to go out of my way was a huge inconvenience to them. Again, this wouldn’t have been an issue if someone was tending to the drive thru orders like they should be. Then after all of that both of our orders were wrong. Reached out to customer service and was refunded. Horrible location, horrible attitude from the employees.

  This is the 3rd time I’ve experienced the same issue at this location, and it’s very disappointing. The store closes at 10 PM, but when we arrived around 9:15 PM, most of the food trays were already empty. I can understand if certain meat options run out near closing time, but even the vegetables and basic toppings were empty and not being refilled. If customers are still paying full price for a bowl, the food options should still be available until closing time. On top of that, the customer service was poor. One employee served the food and then walked away to another side, and I had to wait several minutes at the register because no one came to take payment. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience multiple times. If the store is unable to serve food properly after 9 PM, it may be better to change the closing time instead of keeping it open until 10 PM.

  I’m not one to leave reviews but I’ve tried this place 3x since it opened and each time service is slow and the food is not consistent. There is one Particular staff member that has a funky attitude every single time. Not just with me; but with all customers. If she hates her job- get another one!. She moves slow, could care less for being courteous, and my bowl this last time tasted so gross- I wasted $20. In the middle of ordering my bowl, whomever was running the register up and walked away leaving a backlog of customers wondering how to pay, and not one staff member stopped whatever they were doing to ring us out! This place needs better management. I know new restaurants have some challenges in the beginning but this cava is VERY ghetto and disorganized. If I ever wanted cava that bad, I’d just plan ahead and make the trip to Lancaster.
