  Love this place. The lines can be a little intimidating, but the pace moves well and the coffee is worth it. Still need to try more of their drinks, but what I've had has been awesome. My little one loves getting chocolate milk when I get my drink.

  Its okay to make a mistake when taking an order but the key to helping with the process is communicating the issue. The staff claimed to be having a 'technical issue' but this is only after waiting in the line for 20 minutes. We were asked to repeat our order 3 times to the point it just became laughable of the gross incompetence of the staff.

  If i’m being honest with myself, My family probably goes here 3 times a week on average. The staff are super friendly and the drinks come out great every time. They are very consistent and on top of things here. They sometimes get busy and backed up but it’s understandable when you have the entire Carlisle Pike trying to enter their parking lot. I love their Brunette or Carmel Latte.

  The review that says they are unfriendly!!! They were most likely a miserable person. I am addicted to the 7 energy. Every staff member I have ever had take my order has been more positive and friendly and happy than any other customer service anywhere else I have had lately! They seem like they are having fun, while brightening your day. Some of the staff know my face and always ask me how I am and what I’m doing this week etc. thy may be young but they are humans and can make mistakes like the rest of us. But they do it with a smile on their face and tha matters the most to me! Good team! Thank you for being awesome!

  We had to go check out 7 Brew and had such a great experience. The staff were incredibly nice and made the whole visit feel very impressive. I wish I could shout out every staff member we talked to but I did not catch their names because I was so taken back at what a great vibe it was. They absolutely loved my goldendoodle riding shotgun and gave him so much attention—it honestly made my day! On top of that, the service was super fast and the drinks were really good. It’s rare to find a place that’s both efficient and genuinely friendly, but 7 Brew nailed it. Definitely coming back!
