  We were so happy when we moved to Meadville to find they there was a new Chipotle in town. Where we lived before, we usually picked up Chipotle once every two weeks as a quick meal solution after a hectic day. However, this location, compared to any other that I have patroned, is poorly run. I always order for carryout, typically online. My first visit, I tried to place a pick-up order and the website indicated that it wasn't available at this location. As we were nearby, I went in to the restaurant to order to go. I was in line for about thirty minutes, but I was already fully committed. While in line, I overheard one of the employees tell the family in front of me that they had turned off online ordering because they could not keep up with the demand ("we were slammed!"), but he had turned it back on again. Most of us in the line had tried to order online, and the 30-minute wait we experienced was mainly due to those of us in line collectively not being able to preorder. Preordering helps to minimize a surge, so when he turned off online ordering, this problem then became self perpetuating. Anyway, we brought the food home, only to discover that the bowls were only a quarter full and they had forgotten the chips. Another time, I arrived to pick up my order that I already paid for, and the employee told me that they were out of chips. What, no chips??? That's like other fast food restaurants not having fries. They told me to call a number to get my refund. I guess they didn't want the refund to come out of their own tills. Needless to say, I never bothered to get my refund, as I already wasted enough time on that dinner that evening. Three other times the staff turned off online ordering, and each time I decided to find a different solution. Furthermore, I consistently have issues with portions, especially with the proteins. The other night they turned off online ordering again. Finally, having enough of this nonsense, I found a local restaurant that has comparable prices and provides much higher quality food. So long, Meadville Chipotle!

  I frequently come to this store and 9/10 the food is mostly not stocked. I came in store 5/11 and one guy out servicing while I see a bunch of chicken on the flat top, a bunch of over grown dishes that looked liked it’s been collecting for the whole day!! Then on top of that their whole bane of food was empty or dry because of how low the products was and the heat consist hitting it. Definitely made sure to skip the deans. Anyhow I’ve never seen only one person up front with all this caos and no other employee so I asked the employee “ARE YOU THE ONLY ONE WORKING?” The employee then told me his General manager was working with him, randomly looked up and the general manager appears who seems to be doing absolutely nothing. I’ve honestly have had issues with this store before and after reading the comments I’m not the only one. For the amount of money people way this is insane. I later called corporate and submitted a formal complaint at which is being sent to district manager and managers in the building for this to be addressed! Hopefully they figure out the general manager needs to go, lazy store leader equals lazy employees!

  This location has been hit or miss, with several recurring problems that make the experience frustrating. Orders are often incorrect, and the food quality is inconsistent from one visit to the next. Sometimes the cheese isn’t even melted, the meat tastes burnt, and the portions can vary quite a bit, which makes it hard to know what to expect. The overall experience feels inconsistent, and while it’s not terrible every time, the lack of quality control is noticeable. When the food is prepared well, it can be enjoyable, but too often there are issues with the order or the way the food is made. There’s definitely room for improvement.

  All the employees have a terrible attitude Georgia time they're out of the food that they regulate should have The only reason service is so good is because you tell them what you want

  Loud in there.y bowl was 1/2 filled. Seemed like girl didn't want to be there. I usually love Chipotle, I won't be going to this one again.
