Just moved to meadville from maine and never had 7 brew before and let me say that this was one of the best drink experiences. the worker Phebe was so helpful and sweet my wife still brings up how nice she was to us weeks later, it's always nice to see her when we come through :) she suggested that i get a iced blonde coffee and it was amazing!

They offer first responders 50% off. Been going there for two weeks straight and had no issue getting the discount with the picture off my phone. Then now they say that we need to be in uniform. I get it but I am volunteer and I don't have a uniform to wear. The shirt I do have is for formal events. So if you want the discount and you are volunteer, go somewhere else.

Just had an interaction with a worker that was extremely unpleasant. They made my drink incorrectly and I wanted them to fix it and she was arguing with me that the way I ordered it was wrong and it was my fault. Mind you, she didn’t even take my order so she didn’t even know what I asked for. I Asked her if she could change it and continued to argue with me. Never going back. Extremely rude employee and gave me extreme attitude, ruined my day.
