- ESEd SJul 1, 20261.0Delivery time kept getting longer and longer. No one picked up at store. Looks like the driver stopped at dollar store and Sunoco before even thing of delivering our food. I’ll never order there again. Let the chains die down. Go with local pizza shop owners. Least they are upfront on how long delivery takes.

Recently, I encountered an issue when attempting to pay with $1.50 in change, which the staff refused to accept. I believe this policy warrants revision. Specifically, the requirement to obtain larger denomination bills when exact change is available is inconvenient. I suggest that this policy be reevaluated to accommodate exact payments. Furthermore, it seems inconsistent that some Domino's locations may have different practices regarding acceptable forms of payment. I believe a uniform policy should be implemented across all Domino's Pizza franchises.

I have multiple surfaces that they can put my food on, but every time they decide to put my food on the nasty dirty ground uncovered, not even in a bag to protect it. I have even put it in the notes when delivering, but they don’t read the delivery instructions. At this point, I’m no longer gonna order from them if they can’t even follow simple delivery instructions.
