  Customer service is excellent restaurant is always clean. Bathroom is always clean and food is amazing. They have plant based options which is great.

  Food was good. The prices weren't bad. The only problem was we had to listen to an employee complain the entire time about his manager. Plus he was playing videos very loudly on his phone... women screaming.

  Went today 4/18 me and my girlfriend enjoyed out burgers and tater tots. Will be going back.

  Ordered an a1 burger (which was fine aside from a lil too much a1 sauce) and an order of seasoned fries with cheese sauce to go. They initially forgot the cheese sauce so i went back in. The one lady behind the counter apologized but started giving the other lady an attitude over it like it was a big deal. Kinda unprofessional but whatever. Then when i went to actually pour the cheese over the fries there was a chunk of I don't know what in the sauce and it was thinner than other locations I've been too. The fries themselves were soggy and heavily over seasoned to the point of being inedible and i just threw them out. The restaurant itself was definitely dirtier than the other locations I've been to with stains on the walls sticky floors and a fairly gross bathroom. Avoid this location. If you want way back got to the Newton location, better staff, food and cleanliness.
