  I recently called to order food for dinner. The person that took my order said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. My husband went to pick up the order and there were 6 people waiting. He waited over and hour to only be told that they did not have an order for him! How is that possible!!!!!! Horrible service!!!

  If you tell somebody a Pacific time they expect their food to be there not wait another half hour then I ordered Italian hoagie and then a little blonde woman charged me a dollar 19 for dressing tell my new owners worst service ever

  Went inside sat down looked around ¾ of the people was waiting on food. Waited 5 minutes with no service so we left this place seems to carry the same M/O all the time . Its been years since are last visit.

  AVOID!!! Especially if you are going for the buffet. The cost is nowhere worth the food. Six of us went to the lunch buffet. We arrived when it opened at 11:30. My mom has celiac and I asked if they would put out a gluten-free pizza - they said no. I said she will just eat the salad bar then and asked if its discounted since it's only salad and they said no. Fine. There were a few other parties there for the buffet as well. Only 4 pizzas were put out around 11:40, with red sauce pasta and 3 types of bread sticks. There were no sauces out for the breadsticks. The pizza was gone in no time, and no additional pizzas were in the oven. About 20 minutes later 2 more pizzas came out. Only 2. Everybody ran up to get some and once again no more pizzas were in the oven. When we left there was only half a cheese pizza out and no more in the oven. At one point they saw me taking pictures of the buffet and the manager came over to speak to me. I pointed out how pathetic the buffet was, and he said there were more in the oven. I could directly see the oven and there were zero pizzas in it. He offered no other solutions. Essentially the whole dining room was complaining about the lack of food and variety. The salad bar was even worse. It was put out shortly after pizza and was the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. The lettuce was old and brown, the majority of the vegetables were missing, and there were 3 dressings (no ranch or blue cheese). It basically had olives and banana peppers. No cucumber, no tomato, no carrot... No puddings either. During everyone waiting for food one party left because they never even got waited on. I contacted corporate and they said the owner/manager would be in touch within 3 days. Nobody has reached out with a remedy.
