She was super friendly and welcoming, made our pizza very fast and it was delicious. The pizza was piping hot and fresh when we got home about 30 minutes later. Keisha was kind, very pleasant and happy to help. She should get a raise or promotion just for her up beat attitude and great work ethic, you don’t see this kind of enthusiasm anymore. Thank you for a quick and delicious dinner, we appreciate you!

- BPBarbara PerezJun 4, 20262.0I ordered pizza for my kids tonight and honestly I usually order via uber eats but tonight the fees were more then that of the dominos app so I decided to just go ahead and order via the dominos app. My food came out to about $22 after fees it was $30 and then I put $5 tip. (It's only 2 miles away) anywhere my order was marked delivered about 20 minutes after ordering, however I have cameras and none dinged. I call the restaurant to let them know it's says my order was delivered but it was not. Worker asked for my info and proceeded to place me on hold for 6 minutes. Again I had to feed my kids and it's now getting late. I hang up and call right back, another worker picks up and I explain to her again I have not received my order, she immediately tells me to hold on but this time I can hear everything going on in the background instead of the normal music. NOT ONE person seemed like they were attempting to help. After another going on 5 minutes, another worker comes on the phone asking how he can help me. I now have to explain my story for the 3rd time. He rebuttals by "so well do you want a refund?". Nooooo I want the food that I ordered in a timely matter. Again I have kids to feed and I promised them pizza dinner. He then goes on to tell me my order will be here in 6 minutes. The pizza came extremely hot so this tells me they never even made my order to begin with. I can understand being understaffed or just busy but communicative that. I order from here so often and now I really don't think I'll ever order from here again. Extremely poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was excellent and definitely professional even tho we were all scared but business still went on!!!!!! We all just became family!!!!!
