  Tonight, for dinner, my girlfriend and I ordered Arby's. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar sandwich only and a milkshake, but I did not receive my sandwich at all. Now this wouldn't normally be a big deal, if missing multiple parts of my order wasn't normal for this restaurant. In fact, I've placed 8 orders here in the last few months and only ONE of those orders was actually complete. It's a shame because I really do love their food. It's just disappointing and frustrating when this happens one shy of every time I order here. I just want the food that I order, the order on the screen and on the receipt taped to the Arby's bag that's right in front of their faces. Like it's crazy, for real! Just wild. Does anyone else have this problem??
