  Dunkin advertising senior discount. And different dunkins make there own discount or lack of one. Very frustrating.

  Only person in line when I pulled up and no other cars. Waited forever for my drink however my tots were made and handed to me within 2min and I sat and waited and waited for my Oreo latte and when handed to me it wasn’t correct. Took back and he handed back to me with proper topping and lid however when I got up rd and took a sip I almost puked. It tasted like moth balls. My husband tried it when I got home here in Middletown and he gaged. Needless to say it got tossed.

  I go here almost everyday before work, in the spring time especially I like to order my favorite drink which is a vanilla bean coolatta with (blue) raspberry flavor shots. Dunkin’s mandatory website literally says you can customize a base they have with flavor shots (as long as they have the flavor still). After getting it this week multiple times, today before work the lady has it being made and tells me to pull around to window, then proceeds to tell me the “manager” doesn’t allow those drinks.. asked if i still wanted it like please no how about give me what I get every day without a shift managers opinion. smh this dunkin sucks

  The gentleman that runs the drive thru on Friday mornings is amazing. It doesn't matter how busy they are, he always greets me with a smile and my name.

  Started at the drive thru took so long people were driving off..we went to park went inside ordered on the Kiosk at this point we were 4 customers back waiting..so I had to use the restroom big mistake what a mess had to lift the lid with my foot..🤢 they really looked overwhelmed and unorganized all we ordered was 2 coffees
