  Placed an $18 order then at the window told the girl I wanted to use a coupon in my app that was free sandwich with $10 purchase and she told me no since I already ordered and had to spend another $10 to use. I think that's disgusting customer service. Who wouldn't let you do that. Not in my entire life have I ever experienced anything so inconsiderate at a fast food place. Should be ashamed of themselves. Will definitely not ever come here again, I'd specifically go out of my way to not give these people money. Proof I actually spent $18. Like who wouldn't just make the sandwich its free anyways. And also forced me to upgrade to large because they were out of medium cups. So customers have pay more without consent . I'm just shocked and I have given hundreds of Google reviews and this is the worst I've ever posted by far

  When I tell you this was the best food I ever had, I’m telling you this is the best food I ever had. Absolute amazing customer service, the cashier complimented me for my long john silvers shirt. This Arby’s felt like home! I ordered 3 half pound cheddars and ate all 3 easily. The meat is so exquisite and tasty, I could believe how good my meal was. I also ordered 2 milkshakes large fry’s and 2 gyros. All were amazing. This meal changed my life. I just want to thank Arby’s for this experience!!! I’ll be back soon, watch out for Michael the burger eater!

  Only go few times a year with the price of take out, but Arby's is always a favorite to hit when we have the loot, and the best thing is the coupons in mail we use them for there 5 for $10 cheddar melts and thee curly fries, well home on there curly fries,😘...service is fast and have never had an issue in the years we've gone here..
