These workers are extremely rude. I did not get one thank you or you’re welcome until i told them they needed to say you’re welcome. This was around 10pm at night, but I don’t believe there is any excuse for this kind of service. A younger kid with curly hair and glasses ( chubby) so hopefully the manager can identify them was rude. A younger girl with glasses and blonde hair was also rude and had no customer service at all. We waited in drive through for 13 minutes. When we got our food our fries were old, mushy, this is a code violation fries are only aloud to sit for 15 minutes. The beef & chicken were cold absolutely NOT 165 degrees. I was an AGM of a Taco Bell at one point and I can absolutely tell you I wouldn’t go here. We ended up having to throw away a lot of money and will be getting a refund If I could give -5 stars I would.

I waited for 35 minutes to get 3 Taco Supremes and a Pepsi. This is unacceptable, only two guys working the line and a lady working the drive through. They were working their ass off, but no help, 35 minuets is not right, everyone there was pissed off, once you have my order and payment, all of us waiting were trapped. I didn't get my food until 6:59 PM after this long wait.

Clean restaurant with ample parking. Kiosk ordering is great but the wait times could be better.
