  Boneless Wings barely had a sauce on them and were hard as a rock, Pizza was like cardboard and these guys can never cut it properly. Had it delivered and there was no sealing stickers on them, which I know there’s supposed to be since I worked here. Only thing that was decent was the garlic sticks

  Terrible service. Been a regular customer for awhile because not too many places deliver to my house so I've had to put up with poor service on previous occasions, but tonight took the cake. Ordered a pizza with a delivery time of 51 mins. After an hour and a half I call in and speak to an employee who tells me my pizza left the store over an hour ago. She says she'll check into it for me. Another 40 minutes go by and no phone call, no pizza. I call in again and speak to another employee who has no idea what I'm talking about. He offers to make another pizza. Now it's 2 hours since I initially ordered so I asked if it would be on the house for the trouble and was told no. Apparently screwing over the customers is acceptable at the Papa Johns in Manchester, Pa. Avoid this place like the plague.

  Terrible service. Placed an order for 1 pizza to be delivered 5 minutes away from this location. Was given a wait time of 2 hours. I gave specific instructions on how to contact me once they arrived at my buisness. I was never contacted, and when i called back to find out where my pizza was, i was told i would just be refunded. Directions apparently are unable to be understood by the "manager". Dont order here, order from Angelos across the street.

  Is the worst place they will deliver to u something that you didn't order it please avoid going this place, the food smells bad like a dead animal and price is extremely high
