  Dirty produce department with an bug problem. Multiple times we have went to buy frozen food only to notice that the freezers were at 50 degrees and all of the food and ice cream was thawed. The cleanliness of the whole store is subpar for somewhere selling food. Another evening we had to wait 30min for some guy at the deli to slice a half a pound of meat and we were the only customers there. On top of that, after one of the employees cut me off going out of the exit, hitting me with a cart there were no managers there to talk to. Seems like a problem starting at the top, the store used to be much better and has been in a rapid decline over the last few months. I would drive the extra few miles and spend your money elsewhere.

  have been standing at the register for 20 minutes, 3 cashiers, only one scanning and one looks to be a manager but they’re all just bullshitting, for all this just open strictly self checkouts so i can CONVENIENTLY get my groceries. Manager just walking around slurping on lollipops.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Giant. My wife and I were finishing up our shopping just a few minutes before closing when employees began aggressively pushing customers out of the store. We understand that stores need to close on time, but there is a professional and respectful way to handle it. One employee, in particular, acted extremely unprofessionally and appeared to charge toward my wife in an intimidating manner while telling us to leave. The interaction felt hostile and completely unnecessary. We were already making our way toward the front and did not deserve to be treated that way. Customer service should not disappear just because it’s close to closing time. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would think twice before returning to this location.
