  They are starting to rely too much on self checkouts. It's slow and frustrating and I'm not even 900 years old like the average customer in here.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Giant. My wife and I were finishing up our shopping just a few minutes before closing when employees began aggressively pushing customers out of the store. We understand that stores need to close on time, but there is a professional and respectful way to handle it. One employee, in particular, acted extremely unprofessionally and appeared to charge toward my wife in an intimidating manner while telling us to leave. The interaction felt hostile and completely unnecessary. We were already making our way toward the front and did not deserve to be treated that way. Customer service should not disappear just because it’s close to closing time. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Based on this experience, I would think twice before returning to this location.

  Clean store, fresh produce and bars,bfriendly staff. I am very disappointed to find the "on sale" items are rarely in the system when you go to check out at the register. I have to ask the staff to make adjustments at the register all the time. It's been going on for months. Check your receipts!

  My mom shops at Giant regularly and has always had positive experiences there. One experience that stood out was when a worker helped carry her groceries to her car after she was unable to lift them due to a recent incident. My mom remembers that his name was Quincy. I wanted to take a moment to recognize him for his kindness and willingness to help. His assistance meant a lot to my mom, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. Thank you, Quincy, for going above and beyond.
