- DLdavid lumjelJul 30, 20261.0I want to leave this as a reminder that this Dunkin' location has been disrespectful to customers on multiple occasions, not just today. Today, I stopped by to get a coffee. There was construction near the drive-thru speaker, making it extremely noisy, and there was a lot of dust in the air. Because I couldn't hear clearly, I drove to the pickup window to place my order. Instead of helping me, I was told to go back around and order at the speaker again. I've never experienced this at other drive-thrus. When unusual situations like construction or equipment issues make it difficult for customers, employees should use good judgment and help rather than turning customers away. I hope the management reminds the staff that treating customers with respect and understanding is essential. Respect your customers, and your business will earn their loyalty and continue to grow.
