They left me sit there for 20 mins until I was like maybe they just sat it on the mobile shelf. YEP thats what they did. Yall couldn't open your mouths and say something. I had other things to do and my food was freaking cold bc of that. Im highly peed off and will never return to this location.

Today, I stopped by to get a coffee. There was construction near the drive-thru speaker, making it extremely noisy, and there was a lot of dust in the air. Because I couldn't hear clearly, I drove to the pickup window to place my order. Instead of helping me, I was told to go back around and order at the speaker again. I've never experienced this at other drive-thrus. When unusual situations like construction or equipment issues make it difficult for customers, employees should use good judgment and help rather than turning customers away. I hope the management reminds the staff that treating customers with respect and understanding is essential. Respect your customers, and your business will earn their loyalty and continue to grow.
