  The bowl was so salty we couldn't finish it. Not worth saving. Normally I find Chipotle delicious. This was terrible.

  Food was amazing, but the location is a very popular and busy one. I usually go there on my lunch break. My online order is always running late and the line is long, but I only have so much time to get my lunch and back to work.

  Do not go to this Chipotle if you have a dairy allergy, you will still get cheese put into your burrito bowl.

  I generally don't write bad reviews because I recognize that some people/places just have off days but man this is consistent. I have visited this Chipotle 2 times in the past 2 months and both times my food and service were awful. I came to this location in April (ordered from the app for take out) and arrived as I was getting the message that my food was done and waiting on the pick up shelf. I went in and looked but there were no bags. I sat down and waited 5 minutes before someone came over and said 'can I help you?'. I explained I was waiting for my food and she asked my name, went to the back, grabbed my food, and sat it on the counter. When I got home, my food was cold; not hot not even lukewarm...cold. I had to put it in the microwave just to warm it some and at that point my bowl and my son's burrito were gross. The chips were also stale and seemed like they were made days before. Fast forward to today. I again ordered online and went 5 minutes early. When I got there I walked up and again looked on the shelf and there were no bags. A woman behind the counter asked 'are you here for pick up' and I indicated yes. She asked my name and I told her to which I guess she didn't hear me because she said 'what?' very rudely and I repeated myself. She went and grabbed my bag and at least this time handed it to me. When I got home the food AGAIN was cold and I needed to heat in the microwave. My bowl was gross with fatty steak and my son's burrito was coated in sour cream (he ate maybe 5 bites). The chips again were stale. I understand that ordering take out, you run the risk of the food not being super hot anymore but I live 5 minutes away and it shouldn't be freezing cold as if the ingredients were never hot in the first place. For the love of all things that are good... if you're not going to put the pick up orders on the shelf SAY THAT so people know to just ask from the beginning. Do better
