  If I could give zero I would. Whoever the manager is with the blonde unkempt hair that always has it in a bun, is the least qualified person to run a business. Her idea of getting things done is choosing which orders to complete at her convenience, in the order she chooses. They bump off all the orders to save themselves on the time in their system, to make them look better than they’ll ever be, and wait to complete the order until you’re there to pick it up. She also has trained her employees to do the same. Also decides to close the inside at whatever time they went to, have all the lights off to the outside of the establishment. I continuously have problems when I come to this store, and based on the ratings i’m not the only one. Also has an insane attitude, when her store looks closed, chairs up lights off, I come into the drive thru, and at the window tell me I have to park and come inside so “they can see me on the cameras take the order”. We just make up stuff as we go I guess, so what happens when the inside closes and we have to go in the drive thru anyways? Whoever the general guy manager is, is the only one i’ve seen run the restaurant with any sort of rhythm and organization. I bet it sucks having employees work for you that take zero pride in the work they put out, nor in their appearance when they come to work.

  The meat on my Big Mac was rubbery textured making it hard to chew or chewy, and it had allot of fat in it. Also a female employee who handed me my food one day had some kind of perfume on which smelt horrible and irritated my nose and lungs.

  Everytime I got through drive thru, they mess up my order. Also whats the point of drive thru if they have you pull in parking lot and wait 15-20 mins for food. Better off walking into store. They have me pull into parking lot even when nobody else in drive thru line. Place sucks.

  This location stole money out of my bank account using my debit card & McDonald's did not care at all. First they tried giving me the wrong order & i handed it back to them. I got home & realized my receipt was for the order behind me that they tried giving me. Just to see, I checked my account & saw two charges. They charged me for my order then fraudulently used my card to pay for the order behind me. I emailed them & they sent me a generic email back of basically "sorry your experience wasn't up to our expectations", blah blah & "forwarded it to corporate", who again sent me the same generic response. Beware that this location will fraudulently use your card to pay for other orders, stealing money out of your bank account & not even acknowledge it.

  I stand at the front desk for 10 minutes and don’t get asked once what I am here for or if I am ordering. I had workers walk by me over 5 times and after 10 minutes goes by I finally say something. All for my order to be completely ready the whole entire time I was there. Fire everybody
