  I’m not from this area, which is very unfortunate because the service and food was probably the best Taco Bell experience ive ever had. The food took a few extra mins, but we were kept informed the whole time and even told that it was because everything was being made fresh to order!! Which was very evident, best Taco Bell burrito of my life, and I get the same thing every time. Alston was AWESOME and informed of us of his teams goal to do great and get 5 stars, and he was super personable and friendly. He put his whole heart into my burrito and I could tell. Everyone else I interacted with was also super friendly. Much love from one fast food worker to another, show some love to your awesome employees!!!!

  You can customize your order at this Taco Bell, but apparently that’s where the customization ends. They’ll happily charge you for whatever you add, but actually putting those items in your food? Now THAT’S asking too much. 😂 Paid for extra meat? Didn’t get it. Paid for extra cheese? Who knows where that went. Customize your order? Congratulations, you just donated money to Taco Bell. At this point I’m not ordering food — I’m making charitable contributions to the Taco Bell corporation. If you’re going to charge me for something, PUT THE DAMN THING IN THE BAG

  The portion sizes of this location are minuscule. Not even close to the companies standard portion. Totally unacceptable.

  I’m only giving one star because I have to!!!! I ordered 3 tacos and went through the drive through on my way home… bit into one of the tacos and a long black hair came out! I was beyond frustrated. I called the store and he did apologize but stated unfortunately humans have hair! There is no excuse for this especially to tell me unfortunately humans have hair! He did offer for me to come back and they would re- make the food but at this point I was already home! Never offered to give a store credit!
