  I placed an order almost 20 minutes ago, no one’s there and they haven’t made it. They printed out the ticket put it down, and forgot about my order. I constantly have problems at this McDonald’s. I’m surprised they even have any customers here.

  Every time you go to this mc Donald’s expect to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru just to have them screwy your order

  I have gone years without saying something about this location hoping for change, but nothing ever changes. There needs to be some serious help for this location so things can be done right. I did an online order, picked it up, got home and was missing a sandwich. I drove back, got on the drive thru, advised I was missing something and was told I needed to come inside. There is a reason I chose drive thru... Get inside and get completed ignored for some time, before getting my sandwhich and leaving. This took all of an hour of my time tonight between making two trips out there and the constant waiting game. Please get it together Littlestown McD.

  Ordered through McDonald's app for delivery, was told after 15 minutes my order was canceled because they didn't have something for the order. I then proceeded to go in person through the drive through and magically after 15 minutes of waiting with 2 other cars in line, they magically had everything to make my order. Terrible management, terrible service, avoid if possible.

  Slowest the fast food service. Seriously....waited over 35 minutes (my lunch break and I was late getting back to work) for a shake in the drive thru. Ridiculous.
