- SRScott Roschel6 days ago2.0I hadn’t had a Primo sandwich in quite a while and I was very hungry and looking forward to a delicious lunch as I remember them. I was in the Lititz area so I stopped in the Lititz Pike location. First person took my order and then motioned to another person for help. He then walked away without saying anything more. The second person was helpful and courteous and finished with my order. I got a Primo sized Old Italian Hoagie to go. When I got home and immediately started eating it I noticed how very dry it was and the roll was anything but fresh. Maybe they forgot the vinegar and oil. Also after opening it up to look for the vinegar and oil I noticed what looked like a few scraps of cheese. So disappointed with the taste that I sure won’t return there again. There are too many sandwich shops that pride themselves on a quality product.
