Super busy on a Wednesday evening. 1 cashier. Lines backed up, even for the self checkout. I don't work for Giant and I don't appreciate having to use a self checkout. And then they want me to round up my change? No, you should be paying ME. Without fail, the register tells me I need help and help is on the way. 1 person to help about 8 self checkouts. Makes ne sense. Open up registers with cashiers. Go back to customer service!

Not thrilled with this giant layout. Couldn't find the chip aisle! Didn't have time to look more than once but how can that not be so obvious? And there were no wings for sale in the deli.

They list their donuts for $5. When you check out, they are $7.15. After plugging in your Giant rewards card, it goes down to $6 (plus tax) despite being labeled for $5. What the heck :(

Their self checkout technology is clunky, outdated, and borderline non functional. It will, at random, not detect a bagged item, delete your most recently scanned item, and then show a video of you scanning and bagging said items. It will then refuse to scan or accept your Giant card if you have one, and then refuse to let you pay. Oh and the receipt printer will also break and have its plastic cover panel loader thing fall open and hit you when you take your receipt. Extremely poorly maintained and inconvenient system. They aren't paying us to be cashiers.
