- JSJack StrawMay 6, 20261.0Where do I start?! We ordered 2 pizzas, cheese bread, and garlic bites. We ordered at 11:30 Tuesday night. The app tracker said Timothy was on his way around midnight, so we turned on the outside light and waited. Well, we waited and waited and waited and waited. Nobody ever came, or so we thought. This morning when we went outside, the food was sitting on the front step in the rain. I guess it was out there all night. Obviously we weren't eating the food left outside overnight plus they only brought one of the pizzas, which was also wrong. The pizza that was delivered was stuffed crust pepperoni with Alfredo sauce but it was red sauce. Didn't really matter at that point because we weren't eating it anyway. Not sure why Timothy didn't ring the door bell. Maybe it was because he forgot a pizza, who knows!!!! We called this morning to let them know the tracker was still showing the driver was in route giving us an estimated delivery time of 1:10-1:25 this afternoon, about 14hrs after we ordered it. 😂😂😂 Anyway, they said they'd refund us. I'll be checking to make sure. Funny how when you pay for something the company gets their transaction immediately but when they have to refund you, it takes days.

Delivery driver arrived at 630. 2 of the pizzas were what we ordered the third pizza was wrong crust and wrong toppings. Immediately called the store and they said the would get the pizza i had ordered out to me in 30-40 minutes. Waited for an hour, called the store again after waiting 15 minutes on hold , I was my pizza was still tbere, they weren't sure why it never got sent out. Said they would send it right out..still waiting. That was 35 minutes ago and the store is probably 15 minutes from us. Horrible customer service. Not apologetic at all.

I got so fed up I drove to the store wile on hold. Still the manager says I should call the police to make a complaint! Yah cause "he as the manager isint responsible for his drivers. " What a load of crap! Please just skip this place there is like 25 pizza shops in lititz just pass this one up is all I'm asking! Oh and watch out for there driver in the brown sion!!!
