  Whoever was working 3:00am on 5/3/26 needs to be fired immediately. I ordered via doordash, mind you i only ordered a fish filet meal . They had my dasher waiting over an hour and refused to give him my order. While i was on the phone with the dasher i heard one of the employees yelling at him and talking to him disrespectful. Dont go to this mcdonalds at all

  After what I witnessed yesterday McDonald’s should be ashamed! The Spanish manager needs to be held accountable!! The way she spoke to the gentleman on the front counter was entirely unacceptable! The boy looked like he’s been working his tail off with a smile and for her to jump down his throat over trash! Said he had to get his son at a certain time and she told him that’s not her problem and is irrelevant to work and that he needs to stay after his scheduled time to do it basically forcing him! I quote she said you have exactly 8 minutes to do that trash or you can go home! This is unacceptable manager behavior to witness, completely Embarrassed him in front of the whole lobby! This manager needs to beheld accountable to the fullest! It was highly unprofessional I will be speaking to the owner directly about this!

  I went there to get a kids meal and decided to order a meal for me. I was handed the kids meal and told to wait, I reached in the bag and the fries are already old and cold. They then proceeded to hand me my meal minus fries so now we’re talking ice cold. Wouldn’t remake it or refund. I’m not a fan of any McDonalds to begin with so easy to say I will never be back here but for the price of a steak entree they need to do better for other patrons that may want there over priced garbage. Fix yourselves please. Thanks for the generic response but that was already done with no resolution go figure.

  This is the nicest McDonalds I’d say I’ve been to in a while, if not the nicest I’ve been to. The staff in here is very nice and quick. The food (20 pc large fry large doctor pepper) came out basically as I ordered it. It was so hot and fresh I actually had to let it cool off for a moment, which I’ve never done at McDonald’s. Thank you.
