You don’t look at the receipt and see it’s for the right person? No? Ok. Secondly, call for my order to be fixed. Says it’s going to be another 40 minutes, asked for a partial refund for what they had to replace as it’s going to be an additional 40 minutes, was told no, it’s one or the other take it or leave it, manager 1 was rude completely and I inadvertently hung up on me, than I called back in, spoke to the next manager who oddly sounded like the first one asked for their names they said no, and got hung up a second time, where’s the respect? How do you feel satisfied not even fixing an issue, I feel like I wasn’t asking too much. It was a pretty cut dry ask, and as a manager myself this is not ok, I asked for district management phone number convenient they don’t have access to that, ask for corporates, they also don’t have that one either? Crazy. Don’t worry I will figure it out and make it my complaint, I order 2-3x a week, most drivers know me on a 1st name basis. But I think I will stop and give another pizza shop my business because this has been completely unacceptable, as I understand things happen but it’s all in how you resolve the issue.

This Lewistown location was GREAT ! Tasty pizza with the right amount of everything. Also, I got “Hellos” or “Enjoy your pizza” from three different people there complete with smiles. Quick service too. Highly recommended it.

I finally walk into the store and wait in line. When it's my turn I ask about my order. The boxes were sitting on a shelf and fully complete. I asked about the curbside delivery and was told that I needed to call to have it brought out to my car. I ended up having to struggle carrying the boxes with one hand dropping things as I went with no assistance being offered by the employees! A customer helped me to my car picking up the dropped items for me. The food had sat there for more than 20 minutes and the employee was too lazy to carry it out, Luke warm food for almost $50.00. Things have gone down hill at this store since the McDermotts owned it. But it was all my fault because I didn't call and beg them to bring my order out. Such a shame. Another Mifflin county business going to crap!!
