Last Saturday we ordered, thenstood in the lobby for about 20 minutes waiting on 1 coffee while watching car after car be served through the drive thru. This morning I pre ordered our food/coffee to be picked up at 9:45. 10:10 we finally get our stuff, go to leave, and the food order is wrong. We have to go back in to get it fixed. A 9:45 pickup order and we didn't get our correct food/drinks until 10:15.

When we finally saw an employee, she was actively dumping coffee pots, they close at 8:45. I asked if they had doughnuts, and the employee with pink/red hair smirked and said "nope all out". When i told my kids "come on, dunkin doughnuts doesn't have doughnuts", she laughed and yelled "actually it's just dunkin now". This location is complete trash. Look at reviews before stopping here.

Spent more money than I should probably admit. And I still do if I go to almost any other location. At Lewisburg Dunkin my drink is wrong 90% of the time unless one specific team member makes it, and I dont ask them to remake it because the few times I did (because its a $10 drink so it should be right) I get attitude and im just not in the mood and I dont have the time to argue. I finally decided to leave a review because today was the final straw for me. I order one drink, maybe two, never a huge order. Today I order one large iced latte mobile order drive thru. I get there to pick up and they ask me to pull out of the drive thru because "they are running behind". There was only one other car in the drive thru behind me but ok there's a first for everything. Ten minutes later I have watched 9 cars go through the drive thru, get their order and leave so I go inside and my drink is sitting on the shelf waiting for pickup, cold foam that I paid extra for GONE because it had been sitting there so long. While I sat outside forgotten about. Oh and no worries. The drink isn't made right anyway. There isn't enough mocha or espresso even though I pay extra for extra of both. There's better options locally now. Waggin tail is opening up in Lewisburg soon.
