- NSNicole SilvermanAug 14, 20262.0This place has went to shit since they were sold and there was a change in management. Anyone who knows me knows that I used to love dunkin. Spent more money than I should probably admit. And I still do if I go to almost any other location. At Lewisburg Dunkin my drink is wrong 90% of the time unless one specific team member makes it, and I dont ask them to remake it because the few times I did (because its a $10 drink so it should be right) I get attitude and im just not in the mood and I dont have the time to argue. I finally decided to leave a review because today was the final straw for me. I order one drink, maybe two, never a huge order. Today I order one large iced latte mobile order drive thru. I get there to pick up and they ask me to pull out of the drive thru because "they are running behind". There was only one other car in the drive thru behind me but ok there's a first for everything. Ten minutes later I have watched 9 cars go through the drive thru, get their order and leave so I go inside and my drink is sitting on the shelf waiting for pickup, cold foam that I paid extra for GONE because it had been sitting there so long. While I sat outside forgotten about. Oh and no worries. The drink isn't made right anyway. There isn't enough mocha or espresso even though I pay extra for extra of both. There's better options locally now. Waggin tail is opening up in Lewisburg soon.

Hands me 1 drink and says "have a nice day" i told him i had more items, he looked genuinely so confused and not fully there. He was nice though. Then a girl gave us the rest of the items and had an attitude. If you hate your life or job, get a new one. Only good thing was they gave me a larger size by accident.
