  Been going here a while seems like it’s going downhill. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I took a piss and had Nats flying all around the urinal. It wouldn’t flush. It’s all stained yellow. You can see. It hasn’t been cleaned in a long time over by the soda area nothing‘s been wiped down or clean in a long time. Very loud all the workers seem to be playing and goofing off instead of keeping the place, clean and tidy soda machine leaks definitely never going back again, so the machine has been leaking for a long time. You have to get buzzed in to use the restroom and I don’t understand why because it’s absolutely filthy. Manager is a nice guy, but I think he’s more of a friend to the employees and he is a manager to them. It was pretty disgusting when the manager came in from smoking a cigarette, and didn’t even wash his hands. Instead, he went around, touching everything and back to work like normal cross contaminating everything with this cigarette hands

  Asked for all items with chicken or beef to be replaced with refry beans (vegetarian) confirmed multiple times.. gave me chicken Also not the first time this happened…

  Love this Taco Bell, they always get my order right and they're snappy about it! I've never had a problem with poor service or unreasonable wait times, and I'm usually here late in the evening, so idk what some of these other reviews are talking about. Fabulous team of people here, and I'll keep coming back! (Also SO happy to be able to get a whole combo box that's vegan!!)
