  I love to buy here, but I needed Tahini and they don't have it. Also the Maffins are loaded with oil, so its not good for us and the produce prices could be better

  Store pick up is ridiculous here. Couldn’t tell if I was at Walmart or a giant. I waited over an hour and saw 4 cars get their orders in that time. You have strict times for pick up and yet you put the laziest people out here today. it’s insane. The one guy is vaping and isn’t relying on the numbers to find cars. He’s just yelling last names. I don’t understand this. If they don’t want to do a good job then why are they doing this job. Surely they can stock a shelf? That target has to be easier to hit. Doing this is arduous clearly. Takes people who actually care. Also, because they were so slow there’s just cars parked everywhere at the front. My time slot lapsed into the next so I am assuming that others did as well. Do you have any idea what this looks like? It looked like the parking lot was cramped and dangerous. Cars moving about the front all Willy Nilly and pedestrians moving through them. These two being unorganized created an unsafe area outside of your store. Please have the woman that is normally out there train them. She hustles and she moves. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. EVER. I doubt you’ll do anything but offer an apology. I don’t want an apology I want a better shopping experience. Fix this.

  This place never has hand scanners that work in the self check out area. Maybe 2 out of 8 machines work. It’s been a perpetual problem at this point. Well over 8 months a little piece of paper with scribbled handwriting is stuck to them saying not working just shows how much your location doesn’t care. Now they take off the piece of paper at times, but they still don't work. Talk to your IT dept. If they can’t get them working, order new ones. It’s not rocket surgery. I've stated the issue, and you know the location. I don't need to submit this anywhere else; you have everything you need to fix the issue if your company cares. Added after their response: Based on this response, this has to be a bot and they don’t care.
