- JLJennifer LaurenJun 6, 20261.0I am a longtime customer of this Dunkin' and have been coming here for approximately 8 years. I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience with an employee wearing sunglasses. During my visit on 5th june at evening, the employee made mistakes with my order and was rude when I tried to address the issue. Instead of helping professionally, he spoke loudly and shouted during the interaction. While customers were waiting, the employee was sitting, listening to music, dancing, and talking on a video call instead of serving customers. Because of this behavior, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. I also observed behavior that I felt was disrespectful toward female customers. There were communication difficulties during the interaction, and I felt that my concerns were not being properly addressed. When I asked for the employee's name, he responded rudely and told me his name was "Gansham." When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, he told me, "I am the owner." Whether this was true or not, it appeared that he had no interest in resolving the issue or taking customer concerns seriously. I have been a loyal customer of this location for 8 years, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The employee's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated. If this behavior continues and this complaint is not addressed, I intend to escalate my complaint to Dunkin' corporate customer service.

It was worst experience not only one time but many time that man got my order wrong and was neglecting his job was listening songs and dancing and ignoring costumers it was literally the worst experience i am never gonna come here not only that nor my family or friends gonna come here I am so so very disappointed 👎👎🤬🤬🤬🤬
