- WSWill Simon4 days ago1.0Never have I gone to a Dunkin with more nastier employees that don’t wanna do their job. Ever since the app update, the food is coming out wrong, so we go inside to get it fixed. They give us such an attitude about adding cream cheese to a bagel, it’s ridiculous. There’s a huge sign saying if it’s not done right, we’ll fix it. Well, Cheyenne gives us an attitude every single time and says he comes in all the time. Yes, all the time, so we spend a lot of money there and wants the cream cheese on the bagel like I paid for. It’s ridiculous how nasty they are inside this one. I can’t wait until our Dunkin opens back up from being remodeled, that we don’t have to ever come back here again.

I am writing to report an extremely disappointing experience with an employee wearing sunglasses. During my visit on 5th june at evening, the employee made mistakes with my order and was rude when I tried to address the issue. Instead of helping professionally, he spoke loudly and shouted during the interaction. While customers were waiting, the employee was sitting, listening to music, dancing, and talking on a video call instead of serving customers. Because of this behavior, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order. I also observed behavior that I felt was disrespectful toward female customers. There were communication difficulties during the interaction, and I felt that my concerns were not being properly addressed. When I asked for the employee's name, he responded rudely and told me his name was "Gansham." When I asked to speak with the owner or manager, he told me, "I am the owner." Whether this was true or not, it appeared that he had no interest in resolving the issue or taking customer concerns seriously. I have been a loyal customer of this location for 8 years, and this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. The employee's behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I request that this matter be investigated. If this behavior continues and this complaint is not addressed, I intend to escalate my complaint to Dunkin' corporate customer service.
- TATom AmermanMay 22, 20233.0Today I ordered 2 of the same coffees. As you can see they are vastly different. Just let the younger girl handle the drive thru. She always gets it right. If you order the same drink every day for a week at least one of those days the drink will taste very different.
