- YYYaro Yarema5 days ago2.0Customer service here is not friedly. I often come here, and when there is an issue with the food like being cold getting a erong order, they resolve with the grind. Few times i was giving incorrect change.
- JEJames EstelSep 29, 20261.0They have no standard. They threw my donuts upside down. Also, the guy touches money and food and coffee with no gloves. Someone needs to call the health inspector. Even with them cutting corners and not using gloves, they are so disorganized and extremely slow. I also paid for cream cheese and not a single drop was added. After waiting nearly 20 minutes for a bagel, they forgot the cream cheese. They couldn't even give me what I paid for. SO BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION.

Twice I've ordered the mocha cocoa latte, neither one looked like the pic, they both were different, and they added caramel. I told them and she actually argued with me, saying, that's how it's made. I showed her on the app... no caramel. Plus, I don't like caramel. If that would have been in the description, I wouldn't have ordered it. Another woman and man came from the back, they spoke in their language and with an attitude, she made me another drink; which I carefully watched to make sure she didn't spit in it or anything. Then she tried to charge me for that one too. This was my last visit. Prior to that, I went thru the drive thru. Ordered a hot dunkin midnight. Once i rec'd it, it smells funny, not like my usual coffee. I parked and went in. Told them, she took it, opened it, and said it was hazelnut!! I'm deathly allergic to tree nuts! I told them if I had taken a sip, I'd be on my way to the hospital, if I even made it there. She actually said, "... so what do you want from me? " I replied, I had wanted my correct drink but with your attitude, I want a refund. She told me they don't give refunds. I sd I wasn't moving out of line until I got one. They guy behind heard and then sd, give this young lady hey money back and forget my order, I'll go down the road. I got my money and thanked that guy for getting supporting me. I could give me instances but they aren't worth my time. They aren't the only dd in the area. Plus Wawa's coffee has gotten better so now I go there, where they actually know my drink order by hard. And always say hello/good morning. Much better than dd!
