  Only local Pizza Hut. 3 orders over 3 moths have all been made incorrectly. Last night we orded a pizza with lite sauce and extra cheese, they added extra sauce and light on the cheese. It’s like Russian roulette as far as if your order is correct. Unfortunately this is the new normal with this location.

  Worst customer service. Carry out said 15 minutes and took over 1 hour. Employees swearing the entire time in front of a lobby full of people. Watched 4 people walk in after me and all 4 cancelled because we were all told can't tell you when or if you'll even get a pizza. Called corporate and emailed corporate and got zero response back. Spoke to the manager a day later and she condoned the behavior of her employees. Bad management so no wonder the place is failing. Door dash guys had been waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for their food and we're still waiting when I left. Updates need to be made to online pickup times if they're behind. Will never buy food from here again. I work too hard for my money to be disrespected, told to shut up, and left hanging. Shop local, skip the chain retailers...hire adults instead of disrespectful kids who weren't taught customer service or manners.

  The guy on the phone was nice, but the call center is absolutely useless. I ordered a pizza for delivery (because I despise doordash) through the arab at the call center, and the actual store called me an hour later to ask if I was going to come pick up the pizza because they don't have a delivery driver. IF YOU DONT HAVE A DRIVER, WHY IS THE CALL CENTER ASKING IF I WANT A DELIVERY why would corporate force us into having to pay extra for delivery and not come through with it OR force us into paying 3x the price on doordash? Seriously. For a LG 3 topping hand tossedI was paying $35. I called in and paid $28 for a LG 3 topping stuffed crust with extra cheese and a 2 liter. I remember working there having the same problems as a manager 8 years ago. Nice to see so much has changed. This is not a reflection on the store, which is why I rated them well. I can only hope a regional manager gets to see this and passes it up the chain. This isn't on the store, the manager, or the guy on the phone, this is on the call center based 28,000 miles away.
