  Almost everything in our order was completely wrong. Ordered 2 nacho fries and received 4 (not complaining about that) but got only 1 side of nacho cheese for them. Gave 7 chicken nuggets instead of 5 but was not Diablo dusted like they were supposed to be, didnt even receive the side of Diablo ranch. Took quite a while to get our food, since the kids working were too busy vaping in the kitchen and talking to friends at the counter. Not coming back for awhile. A lot of stuff needs to change.

  Emily is an amazing worker!! She is so kind and always happy to see when I’m back to get more taco bell! She’s also very funny and is a great worker to interact with!!

  Took 1hr to never receive my food. Asked for a refund and didn't even get the full refund amount. Definitely worst taco bell around central PA.

  If I order on DoorDash and ask for sauce put my sauce in the bag wtfff (had to edit this and come back because they didn’t even give me a fork for my cheesy potatoes)… they just do the bare minimum to get the customer out the door

  Went inside to use the bathroom for my toddler. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging our presence to place an order, but they could all glance at the line of people waiting to place an order. Eventually I waved someone down to ask them to help. He answered a question I had about the menu and then he walked away...without taking our order. So we left and went across the street to popeyes where the service was much better.
