- DSDanielle Snyder6 days ago3.0I didn’t actually eat here because the shrimp was right next to the chicken and other ingredients. Shrimp is the #1 most common allergy (which can often cause anaphylaxis and be fatal as is my reaction). Why a restaurant would put it directly next to other food ingredients is disappointing. I know not every restaurant can guarantee cross contamination, but in this case there is absolutely no effort taken.

Tonight they were out of Black Beans and Cilantro although the server said they had cilantro in back, but she clearly had no desire to get it. Our last visit they were out of Steak, Sour Cream, and Guacamole. The visit before that they were out of Chicken and Steak for the rest of the night, so we decided to eat somewhere else. Our last three trips to this Qdoba were odd. We have eaten at Qdoba locations across the country and have never ran into shortages like this.

Service takes a very, very long time due to missing ingredients and lack of training on the register. During our meal, more people left due to the wait than were actually served. Hopefully service will improve drastically with the addition of some training and competent management
