  I go to Giant exclusively, always Awesome ,top notch food and good customer service. I’ve had two bad experiences with the same cashier. First time was in the Quentin Road Store. Alyessia is her name. She treated the older lady in front of me so terrible I saw the fear in the poor old lady’s eyes. Alyessia actually raised her voice at the customer concerning the bonus card. Then when I was next she started talking to another associate and totally engorged me till she was done with her conversation. That was months ago. Yesterday at the Bowman Street store I had the unfortunate luck to Deal with Alyessia. I actually don’t go to Quentin Road store so not to run into Alyessia. Well exact same thing. In the middle of checking me out, an associate asked her about her personal life. And again I had to wait until I finally asked to finish up so I can go. Terrible Customer Service. She is more interested in other things Not Work. Definitely don’t Care if Customers show up or not. We are to inconvenient for Alyessia.

  Este supermercado siempre tiene productos frescos y buenos precios. Tiene muchas variedades de productos y de buena calidad. Quienes no han visitado estos supermercados les recomiendo que los visiten. Muchas personas se sorprenden de la variedad y calidad.

  Tried curbside pickup for the first time and unfortunately it was a bit chaotic—I was missing items and ended up with someone else’s order entirely. I had to drive back to exchange it. However, Chris was incredibly apologetic and rectified the issue quickly. It looked like he was the only one working, so Giant definitely needs to hire more associates to support their staff.
