- AAAustin AvocadoJul 1, 20265.0I went here with my Pappy to pick up a few things, I got ingredients for making Pinot Grigio crema sauce, and bay scallops, and he got a few things for Fourth of July… The young man at the seafood section was very helpful and at first, I did not think that he was going to be willing to help with any questions that my Pappy had, but sure enough he was very much so more than helpful and very accommodating and very kind and considerate and nice to speak to. He was even very knowledgeable about where to find pork tenderloins, which weren’t even in his department, but he was so helpful and we really did have a good experience with this individual. I wish I knew what his name was but I know he deserves a raise and did a very good job. Thank you young man from seafood section!

They have zero customer service skills unless your in self checkout which is good. Deli? Wait...wait and wait...finally they turnaround. Oh by the way one slicer for everything. The rest have trash bags on them. grab some beer? Wait...wait Run up front...and ask for help? Wait... Oh by the way meat department...wanted some NY steaks from the case last sunday. Had to find someone who had no idea how to do that area. Look yall have too have a uniform deal with all your stores. This one may look good on the shelves and such...but...leadership is a question to the brand. PS someone should always be in the section/area that has alcohol in it. Left un attended is not a good thing. What does the state think?
