  Went in with my husband and he wasn’t sure how to order his drink on the screen. Guy at the counter refused to take us at the register and kept telling us to order it on the screen. I get that the screen is there for people to use, but not EVERYONE knows exactly how to go about it in that way. Didn’t even offer to help him find his order on the screen, just kept looking at us like we were stupid. The amount of time it took him to tell us, he could’ve just taken our order at the register. Will never come back to this dunkin.

  The Crew working on this specific day, are awesome! Drinks were on point and donuts were delicious! Staff were super sweet! Appreciate them! Highly recommend this location!

  Service is always slow at all Dunkins I have been in. Good thing they have good drinks. 👍

  Excellent exterior and interior appearance. Very clean inside and the speaker has always been in working order. The long term employees are usually pretty good as well. Unfortunately as of lately I've ordered from the app more than 4 times and waited a long time in line (6+ minutes) only to get to the window and my order hasnt even been started, ordered items specifically for double points at least 3 times and they were out of that item so I had to make a split second decision at the window that usually ends up not being worth the original cost, and most recently, the replacement item (2 donuts) were put upside down together so they had no icing when we got home because it was all on the bag.
