  Great food....some portions are rather small, but flavor is great. Minimal interaction with staff and mostly a to go place, with a few seats/tables.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I walked in expecting a normal dine-in visit, but right away they told me they were completely sold out of fountain drinks. That alone sounded odd—how does a place like this run out of something so basic? Instead, they said the only option was bottled drinks, which means no free refills at all. That completely changes the value of what you're paying for, especially at a place known for casual dining and unlimited refills. It honestly felt less like an inconvenience and more like a way to push customers into spending more money. What really made this situation worse is that I was with a senior citizen who typically likes to have a drink while eating. Being told that fountain drinks weren’t available made things unnecessarily difficult and uncomfortable. It just didn’t feel right, and honestly felt inconsiderate. This location gave off the impression that they’re cutting corners and trying to squeeze extra profit out of customers. Between the lack of transparency and the limited options, it just didn’t sit right. Definitely not the experience I expected, and it makes me think twice about coming back.
