    So today 9/11/26 @6:05pm I recieved wrong items, missing half my order, I clocked out of work and drove to latrobe arbys on 30. I was upset about the order and the manager named Jon, was rubbing me the wrong way, I said hey can you just fix my order, he then told me to eat shit. I asked who his boss was he refused to give me their contact info, also a female employee told me I could have been more respectful I dont quite recall me telling any of them to eat shit. Needless to say I will never use this arbys ever again. I can no longer trust this establishment.

    They have some employees working here with nasty attitudes that don’t know the first thing about customer service, whoever the man is that yelled at me over the speaker needs FIRED.
