  They have some employees working here with nasty attitudes that don’t know the first thing about customer service, whoever the man is that yelled at me over the speaker needs FIRED.

  I placed an order on the app for 12:00 p.m. on Sunday July 5th. We pulled in at 11:57 a.m. they told us to pull forward and we waited for 27 minutes, then had to pull and park and go in to see what was going on. We went in because we tried calling on the phone and no one answered the phone the 30 times I called. Nothing should take that long, not to mention the whole reason to place an order for a certain time is to have it ready. We watch people come and go and come and go with their food as we sat there and waited for almost a half an hour. We will never ever return to the store and if I could find a way to reach a manager I would request a refund.

  My grandson and I stop lateI think around 8: 00. Ordered a French dip which was so big we could have easily shared it but everything was delicious thank you Arby's

  used to have a good experience going to drive thru here fairly regularly...but today i waited at the menu for 5 minutes before being attended to, and there were no other cars in line. then, my food was completely wrong. i ordered a half pound beef and cheddar but got...three large fries and mozz sticks?? i probably won't be returning, i wish they'd fix their issues. i have also had extremely soggy sandwiches in the recent past as another reviewer mentioned.
