  I'm not sure I've ever been to a slower Dunkin. I work nearby and this is the closest store, so I keep coming back and they keep progressively getting slower and slower. I started getting frustrated when I would order something straight off the menu and they seemed very confused, then it would take them 10 minutes in store to craft a simple drink, so I pivoted to trying mobile ordering and today it took them 20 minutes to fulfill my order. I think I finally give up, I only have a half hour break, I can't spend a majority of it waiting on a drink

  I was there this pass Friday I watched one one the working go to the hand washing station she proceeded to wash her hand and mind you the sign says hand washing only she proceeded to wash her hands arms them her face turn the water off without drying her hands first then use a paper towel to turn the water off she then takes the hands she washed and rub her hands on her shirt then puts her hair in a ponytail and started fixing orders also there in a leak in the ceiling right next to the oven where they are supposed to to heat up the food you can see it dripping right where you pick up your order health department needs to be aware of this.
