  My mother went to go get a pizza yesterday (9/1/26) and when she got to the place, the lights were off, no staff were present, and there was no clear sign as to why it was randomly closed at 5:30pm. She likes to go on Tuesdays for the personal pan pizza deal but has continued to get the run around from staff on the deal. We have been going to this Pizza Hut since I was a kid and it seems like the service quality has severely declined.

  Why do the employees just stand there for 15min when they have people waiting to pick food up. It’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen.

  This place really needs to get it together, they take so long for every single order. You could get one medium plain pizza and wait over and hour, and I know this because I just had to last week. Waiting in a tiny cramped up room along with 8 other people. This place is filthy like actually disgusting and I feel like it should not be representing what Pizza Hut actually is. Floor is so dirty with receipts and leafs all over the ground. The employees are so obviously high out of their mind and move at a pace slower than sloths. On top of all this the manager is rude, she’s freaking out screaming at everyone in the back getting stressed that the phone kept ringing and as I walked in she asked what I was picking up and when I told her she says “wow you’re really making my job hard”…. Umm okay sorry for ordering a medium plain pizza… online like an hour ago?? Like genuinely what is going on with this place, do the rest of Lansdale a favor and simply close down. Seems like everyone is miserable there anyway. Also what’s going on with the random Christmas tree in August? You guys really that lazy to put it away or somewhere else like cmon. Don’t waste your time here, domino’s is up the street. Plenty of decent pizza places in the area unlike this 0/10 dirty shack they’re calling a Pizza Hut.

  Bought a delivery order. Waited an hour. Order arrives - pizza is burnt , no dipping sauce for the cinnamon sticks . A 67$ order that wasn’t edible Tried to call the store - no one answers the phone - nonstop hold. I’m still on hold 20 min and holding They owe me a refund Edited. After 45 minutes I have been picked up and disconnected constantly. I have tried multiple phone numbers only to be constantly transferred back to this establishment. I can’t get through to anyone. I am constantly put on hold. Avoid the store like The plague

  I’ve given this place several tries. The first time, I went during the dinner rush. I’ve never seen someone flip and throw a pizza onto the counter like he didn’t give a damn. The second time, I waited 30 minutes, and my order still wasn’t ready. The third time, I recently bought the $10 deal pizza with stuffed crust, and the pizza itself was very, very, very thin. I’ve never seen a pizza that thin. Whoever is running this place, please consider providing your workers with better benefits, hiring enough staff, and improving the management. During my first two visits, it seemed like there were enough workers in the kitchen, but everyone was doing their own thing or seemed unwilling to work. During my third visit, there appeared to be only one worker handling everything—taking orders and making the pizzas. It honestly looked like there was nobody else working there. I really hope management takes these concerns seriously because the customers shouldn’t have to suffer because of poor staffing or management.
