Spoke to Amy and was told they would fix it and return my money after I was spoken too as if my time and money didn’t really matter. I gave this place 3 tries and each time leaving a bit of space between giving it another try. My order was never right a single time. Not really sure why it’s so hard to follow a check list. Not sure if they own a toaster cause never received a single bagel toasted. Each time I have been told they were training new people. 35 bucks for two bagels and 2 hash brown and horrible chocolate milk. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

I saw my bagel sitting on the counter, after I paid, and continue to do other things including talk and drink their own beverages. If you are a place people stop in the morning before work, this should not be.

Already overpriced, then you don’t receive what you’ve paid for and have to fight Door Dash to get your refund. Thank you, whoever at this Manhattan Bagel location that can’t count to six. You’ve created a fun time for all!
