  The food is great at Manhattan bagel in general. This location I stopped in at 1:00. Ordered a dozen bagels, they had no plain (WHAT!) I ordered 3 everything bagels and a sandwich (with and everything) and they were so salty I had to scrape all the seasoning off just for it to be half way edible. The lady mixed up my order while bagging the bagels and when I asked her if she put the correct ones in she said yes. I went to the counter to get the bagels and opened the box and had the other woman check…. She screwed up. Please do better and make more plain bagels!!! I will go back to Manhattan Bagels but not this location.

  Sign said $8.99 window charged me $9.85 when I mentioned it to the girl at the window she said that’s what it comes up, then when I said again that the sign said $8.99 and she huffed at me!

  Was having a good streak until this young lady was very rude and obnoxious again.. No parfaits.. very rudely refunded me amd when I asked if she did, she made me feel stupid..like I was supposed to know.. lol.. If I see her again I'm walking out.. Thanks. Great cook..Great sandwhich!! Thank you!!

  One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food chain. They do not treat any of their customers with respect and have given me the wrong answer to questions such as how to order a menu item properly. They also use the same knives for different cream cheeses.

  Went in when they got new ipads, was a little confused and asked how to order a different type of cream cheese. Was told “just add it in the notes” mind you the lady who i assume is the manager was standing right next to the worker telling me this, to then later call me up and tell me i have to reorder and repay im not tryna be that person but me n my girlfriend come in basically every morning i really feel like the 1-3$ cream cheese wasn’t that deep, regardless i said whatever and asked to get it refunded all together and just forget it. I than went back up when the order was ready and confirmed if the bagel got refunded (mind you the bagel i was trying to get refunded was just thrown in the bag not wrapped like they do every other bagel) i assumed it did as she told me earlier she did, but the new worker who was giving me the order made it clear that didn’t happen. So she called back up i assumed the manager so she could refund it, to add to the pettiness as she’s refunding the worker giving me the order says “all for just one bagel”. Like no shiz i’m not paying for something i’m not gonna eat lmao, then they messed up the order on top of that. A bagel with 3 strips of bacon and lightly toasted comes back cold with just cream cheese on it, and the other bagel was clearly used on someone else’s order as there was two different types of cream cheese.
