- SBStewart Brown4 days ago1.0Terrible experience. First went in, horrible selection at 11am of donuts then I have some old guy washing the floors slamming a wet mop into my shows. Then I order clearly a milk shalk coffee mocha and clearly state NO ICE coffee drink and that's exactly what they give me. Not paying attention as I am the only customer in there but ten of them behind the counter are too busy clowning around joking with each other laughing to be bothered to listen to what a customer wants and make a simple order. It's sad there is such incompetence on something that shoudl be so simple. Definitely not going to dunkin donuts again anytime soon! And I love how these people who can't even figure out how to do a task that a 5 year old could do prompt you to pay 15% 20% 25% 35% tip ! Completely ridiculous.. Learn how to do your jobs before you you demand a tip for terrible service. What is the tip even for? You didn't wait on me, this isn't a resturant. You are not waitors or waitresses.

She did not wash her hands or change her gloves. She then touched the screen to place my order, and after taking my order, she went to retrieve the donut. The same gloved hand that had touched the screen then handled the donut I ordered. The donut was ultimately discarded due to possible concerns about cross-contamination.🤢🤮

They insisted it was the right drink when it definitely wasn’t and even tried forcing me to take it. The lady said it was already paid for so I guess they didn’t want to remake my drink. Talk about terrible customer service smh.
