- MSMatt SullySep 5, 20261.0I’m writing this review reluctantly because I love Dunkin. The coffee we usually never have a problem with but the food, oh my do I have a big problem with these chains. My girlfriend and I go to Dunkin in our area every Saturday and Sunday. We order two coffees and two sandwiches. I always get two eggs on mine, which we pay an extra almost 2 dollars for, but almost never receive it, out of the last hundred times I’ve gotten it maybe 25 times. If you’re thinking about getting extra anything on your sandwich don’t count on it being there. This is a consistent problem with this location, and with the 500 forty foot road location. It’s blatant theft. On top of that, anytime we order an English muffin it’s literally black, cooked to the point you could smash out a window with one. Do these locations management know about this? I’ll find out soon as I’ll be calling Dunkin corporate every time I do not receive what I ordered. Your days of being lazy and not caring what your customers order is over.

Then I order clearly a milk shalk coffee mocha and clearly state NO ICE coffee drink and that's exactly what they give me. Not paying attention as I am the only customer in there but ten of them behind the counter are too busy clowning around joking with each other laughing to be bothered to listen to what a customer wants and make a simple order. It's sad there is such incompetence on something that shoudl be so simple. Definitely not going to dunkin donuts again anytime soon! And I love how these people who can't even figure out how to do a task that a 5 year old could do prompt you to pay 15% 20% 25% 35% tip ! Completely ridiculous.. Learn how to do your jobs before you you demand a tip for terrible service. What is the tip even for? You didn't wait on me, this isn't a resturant. You are not waitors or waitresses.

She did not wash her hands or change her gloves. She then touched the screen to place my order, and after taking my order, she went to retrieve the donut. The same gloved hand that had touched the screen then handled the donut I ordered. The donut was ultimately discarded due to possible concerns about cross-contamination.🤢🤮
