- JJJoe3 days ago1.0I am incredibly disappointed with this location. I placed a mobile order, which clearly listed my custom modifications and the specific name for the pickup, yet both were completely ignored. They entirely missed the lettuce on my order, and the overall portion size was incredibly small and poorly put together. To make matters worse, instead of using the pickup name specified on the mobile order, the staff ignored it and just used the primary account holder's name, causing unnecessary confusion. The entire experience was awful and unorganized. For a streamlined mobile ordering system, the execution here was terrible. I won't be returning to this location.
- TLT L6 days ago3.0Why are you charging more than the menu states for a kids meal. If your menu says one price. It should not come to almost 12.00. This place has gone down in fast food experience too. There seems to be a rush to move down the assembly line. God forbid you want to think about anything. You are training humans not AI. Same for the new levittown store, I see customers felt rushed. I have to agree this langhorne location is a bit unclean the few times I've gone. They didn't have guacamole on my last visit in the evening. 2 strikes at the langhorne location so not going back. I have to say on a whole a few locations I've been, the steak was rubbery and that costs more. Stop giving all that rice and tiny scoops of everything else for what you charge.
