    Steaks are garbage. They don't even melt the cheese all the way. Some employees dont speak English either. Terrible all around. Get your steaks from somewhere else.

    I ordered online, picked up my food brought it home and it wasnt what I ordered... then I took it back and they remade it... but it still wasnt what I have come to expect from Charlie's.
