  It’s been an hour of me sitting here still have yet to get my food I’ve seen multiple bugs in the building, workers not wearing gloves, and the drink fountain is nasty, the workers told me it would be ten minutes until my food was ready that was 30 minutes ago, tried to go up to ask about it and was ignored. Will never come back here.

  Edit 9/7/26 - I already submitted a complaint through the link provided, but I submitted another as requested. I order a 30 wing combo deal on 9/4/26. Upon getting back home to eat I noticed there were a few wings in a separate container. I thought "oh cool we must of got a.couple extra". Upon counting the wings to see what was going on i realized that not only were they not extra but I had only been given 28 wings instead of 30. On top of that very few of the wings were actually edible. They were not tossed in the honey hot dry rub hardly at all there may have been a few grains of dry rub per wing. We also had 10 hot lemon that were not as bad but also less then a third of our meal. Even more disappointing was the fact that they were tossed in was chicken grease and fat. All 30 wings were literally drowning in a pool of grease. Out of the 30 wings (actually 28) we were able to eat approximately 8 to 10 of them. I really want to love the food but the standards held for my experience were unacceptable and left me feeling like I got robbed for 50 bucks and I'm still hungry.

  The chicken was severely undercooked, pale, rubbery, and appeared raw, which was extremely disappointing. The food was also bland despite my request for extra seasoning, and I ultimately had to throw the meal away. The fries were nothing special, but the corn was definitely the star and the best part of the meal. On a positive note, the woman at the front was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from Wingstop again. It’s just not what it used to be, and even the ranch tastes different now.

  I love this place been here a few times. My food does not take very longer to come out. Its hot always and great. They always great u when u come in. I came in today and got 6 chicken wings and fries. And stephen let me know about get points and gets rewards from the wingstop app. And it was very helpful bc i never had that app before and its a big help now.

  Zyron offered immaculate service!! He went above and beyond while waiting for our orders!! Zy was very knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel very welcome during our first visit in store!! Definitely deserves a raise!!! 10/10 recommend talking to Zy at Columbia Ave, Lancaster PA Wingstop location!!!
